8 -20 nozzles fill simultaneously. Number of nozzles can be increased according to requirement.

Bottle charging, positioning, filling, and bottle discharging are all automatic, if the bottle is not on the right position, the bottle is blocked, or the filling pipe is not inserted into the bottle when filling, the liquid detergent filling machine will protect automatically and continue to operate after eliminating the trouble.

3.Automatic detergent capping machine 

Automatic inline capping machine has four speed adjustable motors which separately used in lid arranging, sleeve lid, lid capping and conveying,in the capping process can be automatic arrange lid, automatic sleeve lid, automatic capping. As the capping machine use bottle clamping belt to ensure the bottles not fall down when lid sleeving and capping, this capping machine has simple structure, good steadiness, adjust convenient, no need to change spare parts, only need some adjustment. Suits for the round shape, rectangular flat shaped and irregular shape bottle capping for foodstuff,pharmacy, cosmetic, daily chemical, fertilizer and chemical industry.

4.Automatic detergent label machine

The machine adopts Germany advanced technology and high- powered components small inertia servo motor to reach the real perfect labeling. The system carries out high response and highly reliability by the professional approved program controller of German Siemens CO. and Mitsubishi servo system, it carries out communication between machine and man by touch screen, the precision of the main machine can up to 0.01 meter per min during the process of the sending label control.

5.Automatic case packing machine

Automatic case packing machine is an automatical equipment gathering the case opening,stocking,casing,sealing and other functions in one machine.We can also take the optional mechanical hand to achieve the labeling on the cases and cases stocking for further transportation.The stable speed of this machine can reach 4 cases per minutes. 6.Automatic conveyor

Conveyor systems:

Single, dual or triple conveyor extension

Manufacturing of MG conveyors (single, double or triple) in anodized aluminium or stainless steel with transfer curves (flex chains). The width of the conveyor and the motorization power are not standardized: we manufacture customized conveyors.

Stainless steel or polyethylene tube guides are integrated into the conveyor. This complementary solution allows to optimize your packaging line (automatic and semi-automatic filling and labelling machines).
