l Bottle washing machine working principle
1.The bottle enters the bottle washing machine from the conveyor belt.
2.The manipulator clamps the bottle and turns it over.At the same time,the ion wind enters the bottle through the spray gun to produce high pressure vortex airflow,and the falling dust particles are blown out from the bottle.
3.After the bottle washing is completed,the turnover mechanism is reset,and the cleaned bottle is sent to the next process by the conveyor belt.Its different from the usual bottle washing machine,it can not only effectively eliminate static electricity,more importantly,the bottle after cleaning will not be secondary adsorption of dust,so as to effectively ensure the cleaning effect.This machine is widely used for cleaning all kinds of glass bottles and plastic bottles before filling.It can be used as a single machine,but also can work with various assembly lines,high efficiency,saving environmental protection.It is widely used in beverage,food,chemical,cosmetics,pharmaceutical and other industries.

l Why choose bottle washing machine?
MG bottle washers are used to evacuate dust and other small particles from glass,metal,and plastic bottles cleaning them prior to bottling.These contaminants often accumulate in the bottle during shipping or storage,and must be removed to provide a cleaner bottle.Prior to being filled,containers are passed through a vortex curtain of ionized air generated by a transvector in conjunction with an MED static control bar.The ionized vortex which is produced neutralizes the static charge responsible for attracting dust and other debris to the surface of the containers allowing for easier bottle cleaning.Our specially designed self-centering rinsing heads are lowered into the containers and a controlled blast of filtered compressed air is injected.A vacuum is simultaneously applied to remove the loosened particulate, cleaning the bottle.This debris is then sent to a collection bag behind the bottle cleaners/bottle washers or can be directed into your facilities extraction system for disposal.

l Description
MG Air Rinsers provide an efficient way to safely remove dust and small particles from containers before filling.This system is particularly suitable for removing loose contaminants that may have accumulated in the containers during shipping or storage.Containers first enter the rinsing area and are then bathed with ionized air generated by special transvector air flow amplifiers.The static charge that attracts debris to the surface of the containers is neutralized (ionized air does not sterilize the containers).Rinsing heads are lowered into the containers and a blast of compressed air is blown into them.A vacuum is then applied to remove the loose particulate.Debris is collected in a bag behind the machine or directed into the extraction system of the facility.
