Bleach filling line CAD drawing design：

Our engineers will customize CAD drawings according to the layout of customers factory.Engineers will make the filling line individually for each customer. 

The complete filling line including conveyor total around 10m. If your factory space is limited, could cut 2m conveyor or design "L" line

Bleach filling machine nozzle:

For sodium hypochlorite bleach liquid, our factory manufactured titanium alloy material nozzles head for anti corrosion.

The anti corrosion filling machine nozzles head Titanium alloy is special for aviation, after sales serve for nozzles head is 10years

The filling machine can ranch small bottle and large bottle to determine the filling nozzle size.

The filling machine could filling the bottle capacity from 50ml to 5000ml,but please confirm your 50ml bottle mouth size, we will confirm the bottle size to choose filling nozzles head size to filling  bottle.

If you have two sizes how much difference between the two bottle shapes.

We has already confirm thats ok for filling 50ml 15mm bottle, so its means the filling machine has another 16 set filling nozzles head, when filling 50ml bottle capacity, just changed the filling nozzles to filling 50ml bottle.

Beach filling line for the capping machine:

About the capping machine, there has full automatic capping machine and semi automatic capping machine.

1.Semi automatic capping machine means manual put the cap to the bottle, then automatic screw,

2.Full automatic capping machine means automatic feeder the caps to the bottle, then automatic screw

The high speed filling machine must match full automatic capping machine to improve the output, so the capping machine choose depends on the filling machine output, so please confirm your company need high speed filling machine or only normal filling machine, then choose suitable  capping machine

3.If your company has many kind of caps used to the capping machine, we recommend 6wheel capping machine, manual put feeding  the caps, then automatic screw by capping machine, this 6 wheel capping machine could automatic screw any kind of caps, just need worker feeding caps
