l Operation details of gel filling machine
1. According to the specifications of the liquid gel filling machine,adjust the opening of the square ball valve on the filling nozzle head.When the filling specification is large,the valve should be opened larger and the filling specification is small,and the opening should be small when there is foaming,and the opening should be large when there is no foaming
2. The unit and quantity of the time relay shall be selected according to the size of the filling specifications and shall be determined according to the filling specifications.In general,the measuring unit shall be seconds and the time relay should be accurate to seconds.
3. Turn on the power to start the air compressor and set the compressed air pressure to the specified value
4. Open the feed valve,let the material into the tank at the top of the liquid hand gel filling machine.Only when the material reaches the specified liquid level in each filling process,the filling will be accurate
5. Filling specifications or filling quantity (i.e.,calculated value) * time = required time or current time or acquired filling quantity package specification = required time adjust the time relay to the required time value,refill and measure,make small adjustments if any,until the specification is met
6. When the hand gel filling machine is repaired or shut down after work,please close the manual ball valve of the upper feed pipe to prevent the overflow of the feed liquid from damaging the machine
