German Reliability Meets Modern Innovation

At MG Machine, we believe the last part of the brew process is the most important. Our beer filling machines are produced under the advanced German technology to fulfil the demands of the contemporary beer processing.

With the protection of aroma, carbonation and freshness in mind, our system features superior mechanical reliability, high- level hygienic design and a flexible automation concept. To small- scale beer filling machines for craft brewers and high-volume solutions for mass producers, MG Machine is the go-to for brewers big and small.

Technological Superiority: Features That Define Our Machines

Our flagship series of automatic beer filling machines provides a seamless, integrated process of rinsing, filling, and capping. Capacities are fully customizable from 1,000 to 24,000 bottles per hour (BPH), ensuring we have a model that perfectly aligns with your production goals and growth trajectory.

Simplified Bottle Handling & Changeover

  • Direct Air Conveyance system – An air conveyor system runs directly from the bottle dial, like a traditional spindle dial but without the use of screws and conveyor chains. This revolutionary change- over system allows for changes in the shape of the bottle to be made incredibly fast.

Clamp-Neck Transport: Bottles are transported by the neck and not the body. To adjust for different bottle shapes, simply change the relevant guide curves, wheels and nylon components – no complex equipment-wide adjustments are necessary.

Hygiene-First Design for Purity:

  • Sanitary Bottle Clamps: In our washer is specially designed stainless steel clamps, solid and durable. They do not come in contact with the bottle mouth threads, which could be a source of secondary contamination.

Rinsing Under Control: Applies the specific pressure of aseptic water (>0.06Mpa, <0.2Mpa) in order that every bottle is perfectly clean prior to filling.

Precision Filling & Gentle Handling

  • High-Speed Gravity Filling Valves: Our large bore gravity flow valves guarantee fast and precise filling with low oxygen pick up and no product loss, preserving the flavor profile of your beer.

  • Smooth Discharge: Executes a spiral descent for output bottles. Like input, changing bottle shapes does not require adjusting conveyor chain heights, easing operations complexity.

Robust Automation & Control

  • Advanced PLC Control: The machine is controlled by a high level PLC automatic control system ensuring stable and reliable running.

  • High Quality Global Components: Significant electrical components are obtained from world leaders such as Japan’s Mitsubishi, France’s Schneider and Omron to ensure durability and quality of performance.

Can vs. Bottle: Choosing the Right Packaging for Your Beer

Understanding the packaging landscape is crucial. Below is a comparison to guide your decision. King Machine provides superior solutions for both beer can filling machines and glass bottle beer filling machines.

FactorCanned BeerBottled Beer (Glass)
Freshness & ProtectionExcellent. Total light barrier (blocks UV) and superior oxygen barrier post-sealing. Best for hop-forward beers (IPAs).Good. Brown glass offers good light protection but not perfect. Oxygen ingress is slightly higher than cans over time.
Taste & MouthfeelNeutral, no flavor transfer. Some purists argue on subtle metallic perception (largely psychological with modern linings). The traditional standard. Glass is inert. Certain styles (e.g., Belgian ales) are culturally linked to bottle conditioning.
Cost ConsiderationsLower packaging material cost. Lighter weight reduces shipping costs. Higher initial investment for a high-speed can filler line.Higher packaging material cost. Heavier weight increases shipping. A glass bottle filling machine line can have a lower entry cost for smaller setups.
Market & Consumer PerceptionGrowing rapidly, associated with convenience, portability, outdoor use, and modern craft brands.Perceived as premium, traditional, and suitable for bottle-conditioned beers. The classic presentation.
Operational & EnvironmentalFaster filling speeds possible, easier to stack/store. Highly recyclable.More fragile, requires careful handling and rinsing. Heavier but also highly recyclable (multi-use in some markets).

MG Machine’s Verdict: Your choice depends on brand identity, target market, beer style, and scale. We recommend cans for maximum freshness, portability, and modern appeal, and bottles for traditional styles and premium positioning. We excel in supplying both types of equipment.

Complete Brewery Line Integration

A complete beer packaging line covers upstream depalletizing and rinsing, core filling and seaming or capping with optional tunnel pasteurization, and downstream labeling, coding, packing, and palletizing for finished products.
