Remove Suspended Solids, Organics and Hardness of Water Raw Water Buffer System: Food grade SUS304 storage tank with level control for consistent supply.
Quartz Sand Multi-Media Filter: It removes particles greater than 20 microns. Recommendation: Efficacy: Effluent turbidity <0.5 NTU, SDI ≤5.
Activated Carbon Filter: Adsorbs chlorine, odor and organics. Efficacy: Residual chlorine ≤0.1 mg/L, protecting the downstream RO.
Automatic Water Softener: Removes the ions that cause scaling (Ca²⁺, Mg²⁺). Efficacy: Output hardness <1.5 mg/L.Precision Cartridge Filter (5/1 micron) Final particulate guard. Efficacy: So that water entering the RO system is free from particles.
