1.Isobaric filling technology keeps bubbles fresh :The carbon dioxide isobaric filling method involves the injection of a high-pressure gas into the bottle prior to filling to equalize the pressure. This makes the carbonic acid gas completely soluble in the liquid, the foam is reduced overflowing and the bubbles are long-lasting, fine and have a refreshing taste.
2.High precision quantitative control: With a combination of stepper motor and flow meter, the filling precision can be reached up to ±0.5%, the liquid level errors ≤1mm, applicable for various bottles from 200ml to 2L, ensure the volume of every bottle of beverage is consistent and protect raw material from loss.
3. Full Automation Filling: The Filling Valve is fully enclosed and made of high qualtiy materials in accordance with FDA food-grade compliance.
4. Fast changeover and flexible production :The modular design of the bottle type changeover does not require tool change, and parameters (bottle height, diameter, capacity) can be switched with a single click via the HMI. The changeover time is ≤ 15min, to satisfy the demand for small batch production of multi-variety.
5.Dual optimization of energy saving and consumption reduction
Water saving: Circulating water utilization rate ≥ 90%, water consumption per bottle reduced to 0.1L;
Energy saving: Variable frequency drive technology reduces power consumption by 25%, and the drip-free design of the filling valve reduces the waste of raw materials.
6.Intelligent fault diagnosis system
Built-in sensors monitor pressure, temperature, liquid level and other parameters in real time, automatically alarm and indicate fault points in abnormal conditions, support remote operation and maintenance, and liquid filling equipment overall efficiency (OEE) by 30%.
