Firstly, the beer filler machine is equipped with high pressure spray rinsers to clean and sterilize the inside & outside of the empty bottles to make sure the filling environment is clean.

Then, the bottles go into the isobaric filling machine for accurate volumetric filling under carbon dioxide backpressure. This operation could effectively stop oxygen from invading, protect beer quality and keep foam stable.

Upon filling, each bottle is sealed under pressure by a high speed capping machine to achieve airtight closure. Some sophisticated machinery also have nitrogen flushing capabilities that prolong freshness and shelf life of products.

Then the bottles go through a pasteurization tunnel where a temperature profile is applied to reliably eliminate microorganisms and achieve microbiological stability.

After pasteurization, a laser inspector carries out a full quality inspection on the liquid level, cap seal, and label registration. And now thanks to the new intelligent palletizing robots, the end products are automatically packed and stacked and rolled to the warehousing & logistics area.
