How do we access the online training?
Via the MG Customer Portal. After purchase, an admin account is created to manage users and training access.
Is the training model-specific?
Yes. The portal only shows training for the MG machine models registered to your company.
What if we need additional training?
New topics can be requested via the portal. Custom or urgent training is available through your MG Service Manager.
Can videos be downloaded?
Videos are online-only. PDFs, checklists, and schematics can be downloaded for offline use.
Is certification provided?
Yes. A downloadable MG Certificate is issued after passing each module quiz.
