A high level of quality control is carried out in every process. Each process of manufacturing is based on standard inspection procedure and has certain inspection points, which contribute to the uniformity of product quality, stability of process and long term reliability of equipment.
Every unit is fully functional tested and its safety features are verified, and its performance is validated on simulated operating conditions to confirm compliance with technical specifications and customer’s expectations.
Production Capacity
MG Machine can produce only one line at a time also, but it can be a complete bottling line, including bottle rinsing, filling, capping, labeling and case packing. With the arrangement of neat workshops, assembly lines in parallel group, and production management in coordination, we guarantee flexible delivery without quality loss.
